Best time to change Euros

What with the impending Greece situation coming to a climax in about a week, would people suggest I rush out and get my euros ASAP, or do you think it will stay the same/improve post announcement?

Any particular bank/shop offering great rates?

Travelex were offering 1.375 this afternoon and apparently are having a Euro happy hour from 11am-1pm tomorrow (Thursday 21st) so probably worth popping by their website for a look.

Just popped on as its passed 11am, the happy hour rate is 1 GBP = 1.3732 EUR


So worse than yesterday's non happy hour rate
