I saw this on a website earlier, just got me thinking. WOW, just look at it, its more of a sports prototype than a road car made race car, just wondering whether the Astons, Ferraris, Porsches, Corvettes and Viper (singular) will see what way it went?! It kind of reminds me of the last generation of GT1 cars, Porsche GT1/Mercedes CLK particularly.

I'm looking forward to seeing it race, but a significant part of me can't help but worry that this kind of investment on winning a race series can lead to costs spiralling out of control for all teams as they try to catch up, which then ends with massive sanctions and we end up with even fewer cars on the grid... am I alone in thinking this, don't get me wrong, I am seriously looking forward to seeing it race!

Have Ferrari done enough with their 488 to keep up I wonder?!

Have Aston Martin got a party piece to pull out of the hat and surprise us with an AMG engined GTE car...

Porsche have updated their aero package I believe.

Good point well made, don't know whats happened to me in the last few months, I've gone from mr glass is half full to mr the glass is nearly empty....

6 months and counting.... I cannot wait to find out the conclusion to this story, I'd love to see Ford come back with a bang, especially after their limited success at LM a few years back ( fab sounding if slow cars )

were they not looking at the regulations this year as to moving it more towards a BOP like they do in GT3?
