Advice for Le Mans 2016

Despite being on PH for well over 10 years, and numerous trips to Nurburg etc I have never done Le Mans before until this year.

I'd be grateful for advice from PHers who have been.

Thinking of going Thursday lunch ferry to Calais, and coming back Monday afternoon.

Staying on Houx camp site with 25 others from a car club, we are also taking a transit with marquee, gas bbq's, fridges, generators, large tv etc.

Any tips welcome, or links, don't even know what times anything is on
