I correctly anticipated Brexit and managed to get an exchange rate of 1.27 for my much valued pound notes. I just checked and the rate is down to 1.16. Now as I only average silly MPG in a 5.9 litre car with a drinking problem, my thoughts have turned to fuelling the beast.

Can any of the locals advise us all how much a litre of your unleaded (Sans Plomb) is at the moment and I'm sure a few would like to know the price of diesel?

I normally go on the ferry empty and fill in France. I'm thinking that I might want to reverse that trend this year. But it might not be as clear cut for the guys on diesel.

Can anyone help? Lowdrag?

That looks like:

£1.12 - £1.26 a litre for 95 RON Petrol.

£1.13 - £1.36 for 98 RON

£0.96 - £1.13 for diesel.

Looks like I will be buying a full tank before I get on the ferry. Our diesel driver might just make it there and back on a full tank from Portsmouth.

That looks like £1.06 a litre to me. Sounds great to me.
