Many 1.4 engined cars able to do 0-60 10 seconds

I'd rather not spend over 6k really and currently looking at the Ecoboost Fiestas, do any of you guys have any alternative options?

edit : the title is supposted to say "Any cars that can do 0-60 in 10 secs with an engine no larger than a 1.4?"

Thanks a lot for your replies guys, very helpful.
I've narrowed it down to either the Abarth 500 or Punto Evo Sporting, any opinions on these choices?
