Test driving one tomorrow , currently have a golf r - any tips /advice?

Will let you all know . Was a bit of a mission to find a dealer - kept offering me a 135 at local garages . Had the golf for 2 and half years and enjoyed it but pcp is coming to an end . Also considering the amg and s3 but tempted by the discounts on offer on the m140

Where did you order from ? Test drive put back until weekend.

Drove the m140i today - both in manual and automatic - wow what a car - sport mode is unreal - doing a ton before you know it when foot down.

Unfortunately it seems like I'm going to have to wait until September .

My settlement is £20900 on my vw golf r - they offered me £17250 which Means I will be handing the car back to vw - crazy negative equity .

Never had or wanted an automatic but found the BMW version so much better than vw dsg.

Struggle to wait to change now - hopefully the current offers will be supported similarly in a few months .
