Noble M12 3R

Hi I have seen a black noble on ebay with a lot of upgrades.Full service history but the mileage is 78000 .
This is very high for a Noble can these engines take that sort of mileage without a rebuild.
Can the gearbox and clutch go this sort of mileage to.

I am new to the noble world so looking for good info.when looking through the classified adverts they all seem to be low mileage nobles.
This one caught my eye on ebay but the mileage did seem high.
It's not had a replacement engine as far as I know I was asking if this sort of mileage is ok without a rebuild .same with the gearbox. Just looking around to see what's out there.I am driving a tuscan just now .

Hi Chris this was my thinking to it has been serviced and there has been a lot of upgrades made to improve the running of the car.
The black one I was thinking about has done 78000 but Been well looked after apparently.
Does anyone know this car in the private adds
