M400 prices and availability

Did all the (RHD) M400's get sold that were on here. Are there no M400's for sale at the moment. The blue one on here is already sold I believe.
I'm thinking it's a good time to put mine on here before winter gets here. Any advise on value would be good as it's had all the usual work to get it running 540bhp. I know mods doesn't always increase value and some buyers would be put off by it.
It seems they get advertised for around £40k upwards (not so sure about privately though).
Mine has got 42k miles on it which compared to a lot I see is high, but thats only because it has been used as a road car.
