Well I decided to change few hoses for silicone ones as they where starting to weep whilst standing .....well nearly all of them really before coolant is emptied over the garage,I thought it a good time to do the tunnel cooling mod ....remove the old flanges to re use and removed ally plate to fix them too .......well I would love to meet the knob who put the screws behind the steering rack braces 😁

Yep I managed to get them off as I wanted slide the two collars I removed from the heater in from back and seal them in with seam sealer/panel adhesive.
Do you open up the ducts on front or are they ok and is there any benefits from switching tunel vents to point to the back ......just a thought.
Cheers

Well managed to get if all back together last night .....may have been easyier if I was a trapeze artist that could do key hole surgery ?? just wondering if when this mod is done do you normally remove plate in centre of front ducts! Why is it there is it to stop water ?
