Good news !! got into car yesterday having checked all the fuses and relays again all fine, then fiddled around with the starter push button and after many attempts it fired up! still don't know what the problem was, so I thinks its into the garage for a electrical health check.

Got into the car today for a run to the petrol station, turned key and it fired up fine, drove 8 miles to fill her up, put £45 worth in, went and paid, got back in turned key NOTHING AGAIN!! After a few choice words ************ managed to con two young chaps into giving me a push and at the second attempt "bingo" she fired up. Drove back home without any issues, parked back into garage turned off engine, waited a couple of minutes then tried to re-start, but not a thing.(More choice words) Im gonna get the starter tested after Christmas, that's my next step. BAH HUMBUG !!!

Hi, thanks for that, how many different sorts of relays are there? and am I able to replace relay at any ford spares department? If so, what is the exact one that I need please?
