Dash top

As my cars in being sprayed at the moment I was thinking of wrapping the top of my dash as its looking a bit scruffy ... has anybody else done this or thought about doing it ?
For a 3rd year dampness has made it bubble up again and as it lives outside in all weather's ive tried a multitude of covers , dehumidifiers , but the dashtop is looking manky now..
How easy is it to pull the dash foward to get to or would the windscreen have to come out..
Any constructive advice would be appreciated.... Thanx

Thanx for the advice.....im wondering weather top of dash can be rubbed down as is and wrapped as is maybe with a matt carbon pattern so I dont get reflection on screen and will hide imperfections??

Yer thanx for advice im going to speak to my paint guy tommorow and bettween us with your pointers decide how best to tackle it ....cheers
