Went to start my car after a week to ten days without use and it was dead! There have been plenty of times when the car has sat around longer than that and fired up without hesitation. So I charged up the battery overnight and all was well. Ran it around for an hour or so at all speeds and put it away. Next day, fired up fine. Now 5 days later, barely turning over. I did notice when revving it that the interior light got brighter, so does that suggest the alternator is fine and the battery is on its way out? Any thoughts?

Nobles aren't great when it comes to current leakage, mine lasts about three weeks if not used, which from memory is pretty good, if your battery Is going down quicker now the weather has cooled down a bit I would change it.
Cheers Adrian. Any recommended replacement?

I've got a brand new one spare in the garage if you need one.
That sounds tempting! Could you email me the make and how much you want etc. please.
