what have you done about annoying noises?

I've two very annoying noises from my car that I'd like to sort out.
1. The fact it sounds like a 1950's pram! Rear clam squeaking? Whatever it is at the back, doesn't always do it, but most of the time it does. It clonks and knocks about too, especially where I live as the roads are probably worse than they have ever been right now.
2. And this one is ridiculous....key fob swinging around and hitting the box section around the key hole. Bloody hell that's annoying! Has anyone sorted that out?

Well I have Protechs and a non standard exhaust, so that's likely then! Is there anything that can be lubricated on Protechs that might help?
Clam fasteners probably have seen better days too.
The key and immobiliser fob are on the usual sprung hoop that most keys are on. I might look for an alternative as I don't want to create another annoyance when trying to press the button.
