Jetstream 30th, South East convoy final plan

I'm not sure why or how I managed to take on setting this up, but apologies to anyone who can't make these meeting points. There are 3 and a bit points. The 'bit' being John355's lay by drive by, where he's gonna sit like a crafty copper waiting for us to come rolling by, then chase us down! This should be a lay by somewhere between Cambridge and Huntingdon. (I hope he's facing the right direction!).
I've attached 3 maps of the meeting points. The first is a lay by on the A21 near to Morleys Roundabout, Sevenoaks, Kent. (map 1). I'll be there at 7:00am to meet Ben (Jacksbike) and I believe Mark (wole0911). We're then going to hook up with Anthony (Hawkinsster) near Orpington, Kent (map 2) at 7:15am. Next stop is the Birchanger Green Services near Stansted Airport (map 3) at about 8:15am to meet Andy (andygtt) and others. This will be the 'fill and empty bladder' stop in anticipation of the final stretch to Bruntingthorpe. I've told John we're leaving Birchanger around 8:30/45 and to expect the 'peloton' to pass around 9:00/15.
Every time I go to Jetstream, my satnav takes me a different route, albeit the correct entrance! So someone who does know the route needs to let us know and be leading by the time we reach the end of the A14. Those meeting at points 1 & 2 need to note there will be toll charges at the Dartford Crossing, but the bonus is the noise you'll be making through the tunnel.
Finally, could you add your name and meeting point to this post please so we're not so likely to leave anyone behind! If you have any spare room in your cars, could you remember to bring a bit of sunshine with you too please.

Im happy to take the lead on the A14 before we turn off to lead us the best way to Jetstream entrance as have been there plenty and know the route well now

Sounds good to me...not that we'd have a choice!

Looking like 9 Nobles and a TVR so far. That could be quite a sight for any spotters en route! I'm tempted to post on 'area' forums so we might get spotted or possible video footage from a bridge etc. Any thoughts on this? Could it just attract some dick heads trying to race?

This is on the opposite side of the M11 to the airport at junction 8. The postcode is on the map and it's called Birchanger Green.

I suspect we're not that popular but why? This is no different to any meetings or events e.g. Goodwood brekkie club meets, silverstone and Brands routes. Why restrict other petrolheads' delight in seeing sports cars. Remember, noble runs are very rare. Socialise it

Hmm, not only have we got ourselves a convoy, we've now got ourselves a debate! To be honest, I can't imagine many people wanting to climb out of bed early enough to see us..

Its going to be a sedate drive rather that a spirited event anyhow as there are speed cameras for a large part of the journey

I am inclined to leave it as is to be honest and play it safe. Average speed cameras on the M11 and a couple of other cameras along the A14 too.

Well it won't exactly be a Jetstream open day, but if we get a decent summer, I might throw a Nobular bbq again for Southern Nobles like I did a year or two back.
