Transmission tunnel

It occurred to me the other day that whilst ive had every coolant pipe on my car inspected or replaced, this may not include the pipes which run the length of the car inside the tunnel. Anyone ever had a leak from there? How hard are they to get to?

This leak could be the hot water valve if coming from the tunnel. When Jetstream replaced my floor it started leaking straight away after, I imagine this is a weak spot worth changing or at least inspecting if the floor is being replaced and shouldn't be overlooked. Any specialist should know this. When I replaced mine it was a pain, and looked like the hoses on first inspection, so be aware before pulling everything out. Good luck
