Adjustable seat rail for kitcar needed

Does anyone know where I can buy an adjustable seat mount that enables the seat to be adjusted for height and slide forwards/back?

I let other people drive my car and presently just have a bodge wooden insert and the seat is loose which is not ideal...

It needs to fit in a small kit car (Striker)

Thanks for the suggestion, it really needs to be height too as I like to be higher up when I'm driving compared to other people.

I might get a set of these and see if I can get them in somehow. The trouble is that the front of the seat is squashed in anyway so there is not much scope for adjustment anyway.

The other option is ditch the seat entirely and use pillows
