Application for new vehicle registration & tax - V355/4 Form

Hello,
just passed IVA and now sorting out registration paperwork. Stuck on the V355/4 on the tax payable box? As the IVA test does not go into CO2 emissions I am confused as to what band the car comes under from the Rates of Vehicle tax document V149 and the associated V355/1 about Tax Classes?
Is it right to note a kit car down as PLG even though PLG was replaced a few years ago by the CO2 bands?
