Morris Kilo - Anyone know anything about them?

Hi. I have just been offered a Morris Kilo (1980's) kit car in need of restoration. Based on Morris Minor. Looks solid and all there. Tatty tonneau but no hood. Engine spins but doesn't run. Has normal Morris Minor engine fitted apparently. Initial research shows only 14 ever made and 4 known survivors.This one doesn't appear in any photos I have seen so guessing is a new find as it were? Last on road in 2011 I believe. Is it worth saving if only from a rarity perspective? Safe to say it's not the prettiest car!! Any idea of current value and value once vaguely restored? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Yes you are right. Not seen the V5 yet but can be found on DVLA using Morris name. Worth checking. Thanks

Not seen the owner since but looks like a £500 car at best in current state. Shame he wanted nearly 4 times that!! Thanks for the replies.
