time delay relay?

Basically I need a relay which when pulsed gives 2 mins (ish) on the second side.. any ideas?

My plan is for once the ignition is turned on, you only have say 2 mins to press the engine start button, thus also meaning you can only press it once and it wont operate again (for example when the engine is running)..

Cant thank everybody enough, has some really good ideas on here and PM to me so thanks!

I went with the easy option and Phoned polevolt. Its taken the hassle right out! basically they seem to have a relay for anything you can think of, very helpful!
