Help tracing a car or owner

Evening gents and thank you for the replies.
In fact Oliver you may be able to assist further, my car as you may or may not know, was also a TVR press and publicity car and featured in a seventies girly (tits & bums) type magazine.
The reason I was trying to find the owner of XKU 3L is my son, for my birthday, managed to aquire for me a copy of Penthouse magazine from 1974 in the hope it was he copy with my car in, but, unfourtunately its not mine but XKU.
Now I can find good use for the magazine i have, but would really like to trace a copy of the mag with my car in.
I know Mr Venn has a page from the magazine in which my car featured which has a drawing of an M series car, but does anyone know what magazine and date it was published?

Yes, that's the one I have, I recognised the cover girls face.I hesitate to post this but a search of Google using the terms Penthouse TVR 3000M yeilds a website that, well, appears to cater for your needs!

I'll take a look at what's available, it doesn't help these mags being advertised as " pre loved", maybe I'll find a laminated copy.
Meanwhile if the current owner of the Penthouse car is about I have that magazine.
Well I've now placed an order for the Mayfare magazine, thanks Adrian. Interesting story re XKU Tony, was nothing ever sraightforward with TVR?
I wonder if the owner of JHG 891S is aware of its history, or bits of it anyway.
As an aside the article in Penthouse is titled 'What's red hot & hairy' and is by a Randolph McCook.
Its not the only hairy thing in the magazine.
