ZS 175 CD-2 Vent Lever Stop Screw (?) Adjustment

Please help me identify this screw and locknut on my Zenith Stromberg 175 CD-2 carburetors? Is it possibly the Vent Lever Stop Screw? I'm looking for information on how it should be set. One of my carbs has it set fully in (shown). On the other it's fully out.

I know most of the 2500M production was for export. We're Zenith Stromberg carbs used on those that were not exported too?
