Have to agree with above comments, it is a bit of a minger!
If it has a genuine 5600 miles and the parts were new in 1980 it might make a great donor car for a poorly M with a good tub.
Chassis could be mint, running gear too. Cologne engine might be barely run in.
Nice set of slots, some value in the number plate (if you could get an mot)
