Grantura heater controls

Just wondering if anyone can identify the heater control knobs on the picture that is to follow. The 2 larger ones next to the glove box, i think they are for the fresh air flap and the hot water valve. Any idea what cars they were used on?, the pic is of a Grantura MK2,

Did the violin guy make a mould or something and therefore could make more?. Were they madly expensive?

Thanks for I.D ing the knobs. I have been looking at pictures on the web of Alvis TD21 etc if you get a close up the writing on the knobs is different than the Grantura ones, probably better!
