I'm having great fun with my recently acquired Duratec powered Vixen but the exhaust manifold has blown a weld and stinky gasses have been getting into the car. I've made a temporary fix but I'm thinking I may look at having a professionally made 4-2-1 manifold fabricated.

Can anyone recommend someone who can do a good quality job? The exhaust system is mild steel so I may stick with that or take the opportunity to switch to stainless.

I'm in Somerset and I'm guessing the car will need to be made available to get the fit and clearances right.

Thanks

Simon

Some nice looking manifolds there, thanks. Something fairly close to Somerset would be ideal as I'm sure they will want the car.will see what else comes up.

Cheers

An update having just picked up my Vixen with its fancy new 4-2-1 stainless manifold made by our very own Clive F.

It's such a massive improvement on the previous manifold, looks, fits and even sounds great!

And a very big thumbs for Clive for such great customer service. Thanks to Clive and also to Colin at TVRSW who was very helpful with the removal, investigation and fitting of the new unit.

This was the previous set up

thumbup that looks great, glad you like it mate.
I do Clive. You've helped me overcome the one thing I was not content with on the Vixen. The Duratec goes, sounds and now looks great. And the way you did this without even seeing the car is amazing.
