3000m wheel upgrade

well I am thinking of upgrading my wheels from 14" to 15" would like to use Minilites running 205's 55/60 any comments and what offsets need to be ordered. The 14" are 105 does that change if I go to 15"

Also any changes to the running gear or is it just a straight swap??
