Seeing as there isn't one yet and the Monte Carlo rally is around the corner I thought I better create one.
Nothing to say yet but my pre season tip is Hirvonen to win the title(loeb can't win all the time can he?...). Him in the DS3 will be brilliant, also looking forward to seeing Solberg with Ford.

I was tempted to call Latvala but I just fancy Hirvonen to do something special.

I fancy Sordo for a top 3 finish. Been watching his preseason and looks mighty.

I was going to go watch the Monte Carlo but my passport was out of date. Thought I had another year left.

What channel is the TV coverage on now? I lost track ages ago.

Also running studded tyres on diagonal corners is something I have never heard of before. scratchchin
Eurosport, Motors TV and ESPN I believe. Highlights on around 2200 IIRC

Is there anywhere to watch this online, the channel that put videos on youtube has mysteriously disappeared.
Wait for RallyMedia to post videos, also the WRC have their on channel.

Ogier doing bloody well though!
He's a likeable guy though Loeb. Happy to see Sordo up there too.

I'm not even in the country. Probably too much to ask for them to move the date just for me.

Agreed! The national boys in the BTRDA are very good, but the WRC drivers are just a completely different level and TV just dosnt do the sport jusice!
It is difficult to broadcast rally live though. Need loads of cameras say compared to F1.

In other news the snooker is pissing me off now.

I meant more the noise, sense of speed and seeing the cars on the very edge of grip
And getting peppered by bricks and pebbles from the most successful rally driver of all time.

Some really nice footage on Eurosport hd. Commentator could do with a bit more practice.
And better sound equipment. Rally cars are loud.

At the moment there are Ford, Citroen, Mini and from next year Volkswagen. 2010 was only Ford and Citroen.
I don't know why Skoda don't step it up from S2000. No brainer imo.

Why should they bother when Ogier is running in 4th with 10 WRC cars behind him! biggrin
That is due to the conditions though. That and the highly skilled Ogier.
