The Official Chinese GP Thread 2012***SPOILERS***
Discussion
Only a week away now.
Last year Lewis managed to get the lead right at the end, Webber had a brilliant drive from the back to the podium and Jenson had an early dice with Lewis.
Will the McLarens be the ones to beat here?
Was the Ferrari's pace a one off due to the conditions in Malaysia?
How many times will EJ try and link Perez to Ferrari on the live BBC coverage?
Did I mention the live BBC coverage this weekend?

I bet that gave him memories of Le Mans in 1999 when he went over twice, this was the morning warm up one but he also did it during practice as well - http://www.mulsannescorner.com/benzCLR1.html then when Dumbreck did it in the race Mercedes pulled out.
Merc souldn't even have started the race, let alone been allowed to start. It happened to Porsche the same year (or was it 1998?) in the American Le Mans series. Bad formula for the cars.

Didn't I hear Ross Brawn say something about individual wheel nuts sending a signal ( I must admit I wasn't listening fully as he said it) and that an error signal had produced a green light?
BBC commentary alluded to such a system I think. A false signal sounds plausible if that's the case.Gassing Station | General Motorsport | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
