Clio 172 help

I have a 172 Clio, and the auto lights and auto window wipers don't work automatically like they should work when I manually put them on apart from first setting on the window wipers that don't work at all, I have checked all the fueses and I have tried turning them off and on (eg ignition on turning the lights on and off till the beep)

oh yeah I forgot about that lol, I'll try getting a new one and let you know how it goes :-)
