am i dreaming or can you get a medical done at autosport

I am the ripe old age of 45 now so presume I need a medical to renew my licence, can that be done at the show or do I have to go to my own doctor ?

sorry to sound thick but surely you can only renew a licence when it has run out and if I need a medical to renew this time, unless I leave a month between getting my medical and renewing the licence they will run out together won't they ?

also I need a national A to race at spa so do I need a stress ecg for that.
