Competing in France?

Can anyone advise on requirements & procedure for competing in France, probably hillclimbs & sprints.

Thanks for pointer. We are emigrating to France so I was looking at competing as a local (?!?).

I only have a National B, but will look into the possibility as a UK competitor in the short term.
