Has the 2006 F1 season turned out how you expected? I think we all predicted another Ferrari-Renault battle, but what about further back down the field?

For me the biggest disappointments were Honda and Williams. Honda made so much noise about their pace in pre-season testing, but still stayed where they were on the grid last year. Yes they got their first win (thumbupbounce), but the way they were talking, I expected them to be constantly challenging for the front. I've noticed they've already started making noises about a 'serious challenge for the championship' for next year... rolleyes

I didn't expect Williams to set the world on fire, but I thought they might have a podium in them at some point. Instead they were up there with Aguri and Midland for most retirements. I hope the Cosworth engine was the main source of their woes and they do better with the Toyota powerplant next year.

The biggest surprise for me was BMW-Sauber. They turned in some good results for the first year of their partnership, better than they did with Ferrari motors(scratchchin) and Kubica is going to be a front-running driver in the future.
