Just a quick well done to all the Guys out on the grid for the first time at the weekend. I think the racing went well and everyone played their part.
I hope you all enjoyed it, the first race is always somthing special to remember, and by Rockingham you'll all be old hands at this game.
Unfortunetly I had a Grandstand view of the second half of the first race from the marshalls point, after the battery terminal broke. But it did mean i got a great view of the action.

I expect the look on my face as I realized i'd never make the corner with no power without spining, and tried to scrub of as much speed as possible before taking to the grass and the gravel was quite spectacular as well!!!. Looking at the data I was doing 115 at the braking point for cascades 
ALmost as good as when I approached Old Hall once in the Tasmin. put my foot on the brakes and it went straight to the floor, pumped it and nothing. the mental effort to take my foot off the brakes and put it back on the power to get the car round to corner traveling way to fast was huge. still managed it totaly sideways and missed the barrier :-)
