Just got back from holiday in Wales, but through a combination of circumstance (trying to find a campsite) and bloody mindedness (missus doesn't approve of spirited driving whilst on board) I managed to engineer a few circuits of the EVO triangle.
First side (red road) great sweepy moorland stuff with (sheep aside) some great open corners. Felt bizarrely familiar, from all the photography around there. Second side (yellow road) foresty with some tough camber and dips. There's one demon hump right in the middle of on a downhill right sweeper then sharper left after the hump which almost caught me out.
Green stuff good for faster work and dispatching of slower traffic. Mysterious how no speed camera signs for ages and then suddenly, as soon as you turn on to that road they pop up everywhere...
Also had some top drives up the A4086 Llanberis pass and on the A470 out of Blaenau Ffestiniog into Betws-y-coed too.
Me and the ST had great fun.
