Help - Switzerland to Monaco best route

I'm going to Europe next month for a bit of a car-themed holiday in my C63 AMG.
The first couple of days is in Germany with a visit to the AMG Factory in Affalterbach where I've managed to arrange a VIP tour
I'm then driving through Switzerland and down to Monaco (to keep the missus happy) over the next 2-3 days and just wondered what the very best driving roads are on that leg - I'm thinking of taking a (large) detour to drive on the Col de Turini. Has anyone done this and is it worth the effort or can anyone suggest the best route to take?
Following this I'll be making my way back up north and stopping over in Geneva for the motorshow so again, any suggested routes would be much appreciated.
