So my M135i has gone and been replaced with this - a 2009 Lotus Evora Launch Edition. Before collection I had the wheels refurbed gloss black, the Union Jacks added to the wings (the fact it's British should be celebrated!) and the door handles colour coded. Since collection I've replaced the headunit with something usable, and now I intend just to enjoy it.

Picked it up about 3 weeks ago, have done about 1,500 miles since. The ride and handling amazes me, and it feels like so much more of an event than the Cayman S I test drove. Every journey feels exciting, but it's remarkably refined around town and on the motorway. The handling is (as you would expect) streets ahead of the BMW, but the fact that it rides more comfortably blows my (simple) mind. To me, the cabin is far more interesting that the Cayman too, love all the stitched leather and bespoke aluminium switchgear, and nothing seems to have fallen off...yet biggrin

Where do the golf clubs go?
A set of clubs fits in the boot no problem smile Although admittedly they fill the entire boot...
