997 Turbo - What are the normal issues / costs as they age?

My 2008 turbo (very low mileage) is going in for a check soon, to get the Porsche warranty extension. The cost of this exercise (the inspection + the warranty) has got me thinking more about the problems that might develop as the car gets on and the costs of fixing them. What are the most common problems and how much would it cost to fix them at an OPC? I know this is a general question, but I'm just trying to get a general idea of what may lie ahead.

Ok, thanks guys. I think I'll renew the warranty for a couple more years and see how it goes. How much would new turbos cost?
