997 Carrera S, Investment????

Afternoon Guys,

Thinking about buying a 997 Carrera S shortly. Anybody out there believe they will hold thier value or could I be buying one for £20k in one years time.

My 997 C4S has cost me £5k this year in servicing. The car eats cash, so no way is it an investment. Deal with the costs as hobby costs and enjoy it, if you don't want to spend that kind of cash then buy something like a mk1 Focus RS which is pretty static price wise instead.
