What to look for when buying a Porsche Cayenne S

Hi all been thinking of buying a Porsche Cayenne S on a 2003/2004 plate maybe a turbo one is there anything i need to look for/be aware of when buying one like common faults and such

Thanks all keep the info coming i keep looking on piston heads for one but the ones i have seen have a lot miles on them some over 100,000..... may have to increase the budget to get a good trouble free mechanical one!
