Installing Sat Nav

I am about to install a becker sat nav unit to my 996 (99 T). Has anyone any suggestions for where to mount the GPS antenna for the best reception? I was thinking of inside on the console under the front windscreen?

Thanks for the reply. It is the traffic pro high speed. I got it from ebay - guy in Germany for about £470 including postage etc. Good buy I thought!?

Am also having trouble getting the old crd 22 out with the keys! Is there a knack to doing this?
