It is a F458 Italia. The 991 pilot also loses some time to the Orange 997 RS which he breezes past

His missus is also in passenger seat talking to him, gotta be worth a 5 second penalty

Yes, this (c2) is bridge to gantry and not a full lap.

Just as a counterweight to the C2S time and how quick it is, here is the 997 GT2RS doing the same bridge to gantry lap as the C2 in 7minutes 16 seconds.

A bit of man maths suggests that Timo Glock time in the C2S is pretty damn close to the GT2-RS.
