Zenon self levelling headlights question..?
Discussion
Q... on a 996-4S with Zenons, are the high and low beams supposed to be dead level one side to the other..? or the N/S a couple of inches lower..?
I noticed on the wall last night parking that mine were not as level as I was expecting..!, about 1 brick higher on the drivers side @ 6 foot away, normal or not..?
I wasn't sure if the N/S is supposed to be a little lower to keep sight of the kerbs / ditch..!

If they are not level, don't worry because they can be adjusted by using a long 5mm allen key with access through the boot area. Not a difficult job, mine were done because they were set too high from the factory.
Great, I wasn't sure if they had any adjustment on them, being self levelling, the ground was flat, and the brickwork I used as a gauge is as level as the builders bubble, so pretty good.. Where is the access point for adjustment..? behind the carpet panel..?

you should have a tool in the tools that came with the car to remove the light fitting. Yes behind the carpet.
Just found the 3 rubber tabs / covers, are these access points for the adjustment..?1 had a screw fixing behind it, the rubber stop had a cam lock / drive for removal of the unit I guess..
