Whatever happened to the 2010 sports classic

2 years on , have they dropped the usual 911 30% and now selling at sub £100k or is the £145k one at TH indicative of current values ?
Always liked the idea of getting one, however if I had anywhere near that kind of funds, a 2010 GT3RS would be sought first. £145k is near MP4 12C money.

I think I'm right in saying the rarest modern 911...more rare than GT3 rs4.0
Putting aside the comments of a carrera in drag,
It is a great looking car
Built and approved by Porsche factory (not a third party aka RUF)
Some very bespoke components (roof, interior etc)
Very exclusive, and well recognised by those that know their Porsches
