A deal has fallen through on an RS I was trying to buy, is anyone looking to sell theirs soon?

Several deals have fallen through because they decided not to sell in the end, or it's a case of 'I'll call you in a month and ask for a little more money' type thing.

I'm ready to buy, but not in any hurry really

I turned this car down at £155k. It was one of the initial cars I tried to buy in June this year, he named his price and I said yes (£130k) but owner then wasn't playing ball and everytime we touched base price went up. Agreed a deal just last week, the next day he sent it to JZM..

Yes 120. The 130k 'deal' was pretty much straight after too, so I knew (and didn't mind) the £10k increase. Not £35k though...
