Sorry dull thread alert but I got my renewal through from DL for a whopping £750.
Did a new quote online and it came out at a more realistic £288, with £45 cashback from Quidco making total £243!!!
That seems very cheap, seem to remember it was £1400 3 years ago! I will be 35 when it kicks in. 9 years no claims, no points, live in nice quiet area with own driveway, 6000 miles annual but it still seems v cheap to be honest, considering the cost of any repair they must be pretty confident that I'm not going to have a prang! finger crossed!

Do be careful on the price comparison sites, I remember a very cheap quote from Elephant so I looked into it and you have to take your car to their approved repairer. Fine for a 9 year old Volvo, not so good for a treasured 911
