I speak from personal experience where mine is on more miles but still doesnt need this.
Maybe I'm lucky or would just feel more comfortable buying this car from JZM

No no not at all. It's a comparison versus my own car and what I know to be fact so merely a question as to why the whole braking system has been replaced. Low miles and stood still, rusty discs, replaced. If JZM had it and replaced the brakes that would be OK?
