Sorry if repeating what's been covered before ... has something happened to the advanced search?

Anyway, thanks to a nail I have slow rear puncture in an almost new rear tyre. To match the other near new one, I'll be needing a pilot sport N2. best price seems to be £247 with mobile fitting through event tyres. Anyone used these?

The wheels were refurbished and are still completely unmarked, so I'm paranoid about damage especially after a certain tyre shop here in Fleet took chunks out of my 996 alloy a couple of years ago. Do those mobile guys look after the wheels or is it hit and miss?

Any suggestions/thoughts greatly received.

Thanks for the replies.

It is an inch from the side, touch and go really. I've opted for a new tyre, being fitted tomorrow pm.

Event tyres fitted the tyre today and it was a first class job all round. Very pleased.

My fears for the wheel were unfounded, the fitter took great care and attention with it, it remains unmarked!

Best price I could find too - £247 fitted at home.
