I think he mentions towards the end of the video that it is too noisy to take on track. That being the case, one does wonder what the benefits of ownership of a car like this really is. You clearly can't, to use your phrase, 'wring its neck' on the roads, and if you can't take it on track what does that leave? I guess there are a few European circuits you could take it to, but that can get pricey in terms of time and cost.

Excellent point re garage squeezability - I can get my GT3 into my garage - 458 , too lardy - ergo the GT3 is a better car - end of .......

That is a valid point. It was one of the reasons I didn't get a 430.

That is a valid point. It was one of the reasons I didn't get a 430.

If it's a single garage they will still fit! Ok, you cant drive it in as you cant get out but if the ground is level it's easy enough to line up and push the car in...

Where there's a will and all that

I passed up on one mainly due to a change of circumstances (took early voluntary retirement) but it was also down to not being able to open the doors once in the garage. That is something I couldn't live with personally, but I admire your determination.

Fortunately not an issue I have to contend with but if I did that would be my way round it.

Not buying because of it would massively limit your options (not just Ferrari) as there are a whole bunch of 'too wide for UK single garages' type (brilliant) cars out there... For a moment of inconvenience you'll have all bases covered...
