Hey everyone, I'm an owner of a Porsche 987 Gen 1 3.2 Model and have had some issues come up recently and i'm not entirely certain whats gone wrong.

I changed my tyres at the garage i've gone too and had no issues but just a few days later on a drive to work my dash came up with a PSM and ABS failure lights.
I took it back to where I had the tyres and they confirmed nothing was by their doing.

If I then start the car up as normal, the lights won't be on but will come on after around half a mile of driving or so and then will be there until turning off of the car which totally resets the lights. Also, if when I start the car and turn off PSM I don't get the failure lights.

I've taken it to my nearest Porsche specialist garage to have it a diagnostic check and the garage said they were unable to talk with the instrument pod of the car so they believed that to possibly be the problem or the ECU.

Does this add up to any of you as everything was fine just before a simple tyre change and it could obviously be a coincidence.

Many thanks for any help or assistance!

Is the battery low/recently went flat? Has the car had a long drive recently?
