If they get the asking price, perhaps the dealership can afford to get their premises repainted?

Can someone tell me the part number for the extra collapsible bonnet support rod and how much it costs? getmecoat
Well spotted. Owner too mean to pay for two bonnet struts... wonder what else he hasn't bothered with over the past 20 years?

Picking up a Avanturine/Aventura (?) C2 this weekend - so wishing the week away!!!
Aventura is the european name for the colour. For some reason it was called Aventurine for the american market.

'Go figure', as they might say.

Strangely, he has.

From the comfort of my armchair, Bridgestone RE050A Potenza somethings, so I believe not N-rated !!!!!

But the tyres are a consumable, and don't matter. I'd be more worried about the dry seals throughout the engine/gearbox due to lack of use.

However it seems to be sitting lower than OE, even than factory M030 or M033, so the suspension might have been done.

First thing I found that is from an engineer rather than just 'a fact'...

As is common with most seals of any design that ride on a moving part, a small amount of the system fluid (in this case, motor oil) is required to keep the seal from operating dry. In addition, the oil is used as a swelling agent to expand the seal so that it fits tightly into the rear main cap/block and rides snugly against the crankshaft.
