Gen 2 997 Turbo S questions

Can anyone help with the following questions:

1. Were there any specification changes to the Gen 2 997 Turbo S after September 2010?

2. Are there any options which are absolute must haves for resale on these cars? I know the marque well but not this particular model.

3. Would the PDK on a 2010 Turbo S be the same "generation" of PDK as the 2012 PDK on my Cayman R?

4. Are there any known issues to look out for on these cars?

I am looking at one tomorrow so I go fully equipped!

It is at an independent dealer who is offering a 12 month insurance backed warranty (quite limited). What is involved in putting the car onto a Porsche Approved Warranty for 12 months.

I have agreed that the dealer will put the car through the necessary to obtain the 1 year Porsche Warranty although it appears that may take 90 days to complete.
